Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Strong negotiating and contract management skills are essential
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience communicating procurement processes and leading internal teams and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors on price, delivery, and contract terms to maximize value
• Evaluate purchases within the IT Software category and approve within policy
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts
• Analyze price proposals and supplier information to determine reasonable prices
• Coordinate with Accounting on invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Provide responsive procurement guidance and customer service to internal customers
• Use electronic systems to manage requisitions, auctions, and vendor management
