Job summary

VIATEQ Corporation seeks a Service Level/Capacity Manager to support a federal government client in Washington, DC. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

The manager will own enterprise service level and capacity practices, ensuring SLAs/SLOs are defined, monitored, and improved, with strong data-driven reporting and forecasting across hybrid IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of IT service management experience; at least 3 in leadership roles in federal IT.
• Experience managing enterprise SLA programs and continual improvement.
• Experience with capacity planning across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise service level management, including SLA/SLO definition and reporting.
• Develop capacity plans and forecast demand for hybrid on-premises and cloud assets.
• Produce monthly ITSM metrics dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Lead continual service improvement initiatives based on data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and federal requirements in reporting.
