Televic, based at our Izegem headquarters, invites an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead to join our international IT organization. You will combine hands-on support with team leadership and drive service excellence across multiple sites.

In this role you will handle first- and second-line incidents, act as escalation point for complex issues, and coordinate the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune and Windows across Belgium, Germany, Bulgaria and the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
• Proven experience in IT support or service delivery, preferably in a senior or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Entra ID / Active Directory and Intune.
• Experience resolving second-line support issues independently.
• Experience working with external IT vendors or managed service providers.

Responsabilités

• Handle first- and second-line IT incidents and service requests.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Support the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Teams and Windows).
• Coordinate day-to-day service desk operations and coach colleagues.
• Manage relationships with external IT providers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Drive improvements in IT service management, knowledge sharing, automation and AI-supported support.
• Contribute to international infrastructure and workplace IT projects.
