Job summary

Net Health is seeking a Level II IT Service Desk Representative to deliver reliable, hands-on support to our internal workforce. You will resolve day-to-day issues across endpoints, identity access, and SaaS platforms, with escalation to Level III as needed.

The role supports a fully remote environment with a Pittsburgh-based onsite requirement of 3 days per week to manage equipment and in-person needs. Ideal candidates have experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows endpoints, and Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.
• Hands-on IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows endpoints and IT security controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound IT service requests, resolving common issues and escalating complex cases.
• Resolve hardware, OS, and network problems for a fully remote workforce and restore services promptly.
• Maintain accurate ticket records for trend analysis and audits.
• Perform routine Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Manage devices with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot provisioning, and app deployment.
