Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in IT security management.
• Supervisory experience in security, operations, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and risk management.
• Experience in incident response, forensics, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk, and compliance programs across the agency.
• Direct security operations and incident response activities.
• Oversee vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity roadmaps and metrics.
• Coordinate with executives, vendors, and external partners.
• Mentor security staff and drive security awareness.
