Job summary

Stellent IT LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (W2) local to Orlando/Central Florida. The role requires managing infrastructure and site technology for resorts, sales centers, and remote locations across North America.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: scope, schedule, risks, stakeholders, dependencies, finances.
• Experience in organizations with mature PMO governance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business leaders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure/site technology initiatives across client resorts, sales centers, and remote locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on-site tech upgrades and installations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for projects.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
