Global Impact, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to lead client-facing technology projects and oversee day-to-day IT operations for client environments in a hybrid role based in Washington, DC.

You will coordinate onboarding, security, and infrastructure work while partnering with clients to align IT with business goals. The role requires 5–7 years in IT with 2 years in systems and network design, plus cloud experience (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years IT experience with 2 years in systems/network design and admin.
• Experience managing IT across Windows servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Able to obtain US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients: discovery, kickoff, alignment, implementation, go-live.
• Oversee IT helpdesk, hardware lifecycle, and security controls.
• Coordinate with MSPs to meet SLAs and report service performance.
• Lead IT initiatives, manage scope, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Develop IT and cybersecurity policies and documentation.
• Prepare assessment reports and present findings to clients.
