Job summary

The State of Michigan, Department of Technology, Management and Budget, is seeking an Information Technology Programmer/Analyst P11 to design, develop, test, and implement computer systems and applications for the Bridges Scanning and Indexing (BSI) Project. The role includes production support across multiple platforms and heavy use of Java and PL/SQL.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days on-site in Lansing and three days remote, with potential sign-on bonus up to $2,500

Qualifications

• Degree requirements for Information Technology Programmer/Analyst P11: Bachelors with 21 credits in CS/IT related areas; or Associate degree with 16 credits plus 2 years of IT experience; or High school with 4 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement computer systems and applications for the Bridges Scanning and Indexing (BSI) Project.
• Provide production support and maintain applications across multiple platforms.
• Utilize Java, PL/SQL and related tools for BSI and related projects.
