Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume administrative, tracking, or procurement operations, preferably within a federal contract environment.
• Ability to manage large datasets and track hundreds of fast-moving entries accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with market research or logistics tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and track IT acquisition deliverables and procurement documentation with the NSGS team.
• Process hundreds of PRs with accuracy, compliance, and proper logging in tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite approvals and resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct market research on vendor capabilities, pricing, and lead times for government procurement.
• Track end-to-end IT equipment orders, monitor logistics and shipping status for timely delivery.
• Quality-check packages to ensure compliance with federal and agency regulations.
• Assist in compiling data and maintaining repositories for procurement actions.
• Identify process improvements in high-volume workflow.
