Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with hands-on supply chain management and strong Infor LN ERP integration experience in a hybrid San Diego setting. The role emphasizes agile project leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of multi-project oversight, a solid technical background, and familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

Hands-on SCM experience with ERP integrations is required.
Proven success delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project and hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor and close multiple IT projects with cross-functional teams.
Manage risks, issues and dependencies to meet scope, schedule and budget.
Align projects with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate with supply chain and IT teams to ensure successful implementations.
