Qualifications

• 5+ years administrative experience supporting multiple leaders or teams
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot) and analytics tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Active participation in office management and clerical tasks
• Prioritize competing departmental initiatives
• Organize and prepare meeting schedules for IT leadership
• Explain policies and independently resolve problems when feasible
• Prepare presentation materials and edit content with graphics
• Evaluate IT operational performance metrics and propose improvements
• Prepare executive-level analyses on staffing, budgeting, vendor management
• Lead departmental process improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain administrative standards and procedures
• Liaise with vendors for contracts, invoicing, and SL monitoring
• Manage calendars and travel arrangements for IT leadership
