Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or MBA or equivalent
• 2+ years of operations or process engineering experience
• Experience designing or integrating enterprise technology platforms
• Experience with Lean/ITIL/Agile in regulated environments
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Engineer integrations between ITSM platforms and enterprise applications.
• Develop solutions to improve availability, performance, scalability, and maintainability of operational platforms.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement technical solutions for recurring issues.
• Establish monitoring and KPIs for proactive service management.
• Document workflows and changes to support knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor team members on engineering practices and automation.
• Participate in project planning, reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
