Job summary

Eagle Creek Renewable Energy seeks a hands-on IT Networking & Information Security Compliance Administrator to safeguard regulatory standing and protect critical generation assets across its hydropower fleet.

The role blends network administration, IT helpdesk support, and governance activities with a strong emphasis on NERC CIP and NIST-aligned controls. Hybrid work negotiable within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, audit, GRC, or internal controls in regulated infrastructure environment.
• Working knowledge of NERC CIP compliance lifecycle (self-certification, self-reporting, mitigation, audit).
• Hands-on network administration and IT support experience, multi-site/critical infrastructure context.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks and systems for security incidents; investigate and document reports.
• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, security controls, and vulnerability remediation at facilities.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware, software, network connectivity, VPN and remote access; maintain ticket docs.
