Eagle Creek Renewable Energy LLC is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its Regulatory Affairs Team. This role supports licensing and regulatory compliance across multiple hydroelectric projects, tracking obligations, overseeing permitting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll analyze scientific and regulatory data, prepare compliance plans and reports, and help drive relicensing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, environmental policy, engineering, or related field.
• Regulatory compliance or environmental compliance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Experience with permitting processes and compliance tracking.
• Ability to analyze environmental data and prepare regulatory plans and reports.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Information Management Systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with project relicensing, including strategy development and environmental studies planning.
• Track, monitor, and report on license compliance requirements.
• Interface with Federal and State Regulatory Personnel and support permit acquisition.
• Ensure project compliance across geographic divisions in coordination with Operations.
• Analyze data and prepare compliance plans and reports.
• Evaluate site-specific regulatory requirements and ensure adherence.
• Conduct regulatory due diligence on potential acquisitions of new facilities.
• Support training for new regulatory interns.
• Perform other regulatory and compliance duties as assigned.
