Job summary

WEC Energy Group is seeking an IT Network/Telecom Analyst to design, build, and maintain the company’s data and telecommunications network across 350+ locations in the Midwest. The role varies by experience level within the IT Infrastructure Consultant family.

The position supports a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time in the office and travel to service territories as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Travel within WEC Energy Group’s service territory may be required.
• Experience with network infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WEC’s data and telecommunications network.
• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to deliver network solutions.
• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan for each network pillar.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with strategic partners.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support role on a rotating basis.
