The position is hybrid, with standard hours aligned to Pacific Time.

The IT Manager will drive technology initiatives, manage budgets, and coordinate projects while maintaining reliable systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive IT experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments, and end-user support services.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Experience with HITRUST certification requirements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support services.
• Lead IT staff, contractors, and vendor-supported personnel to ensure delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, HITRUST and related regulatory standards.
• Coordinate IT projects, budgets, and technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Foster collaboration with departments to align technology with business goals.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
