Job summary

WEC IT Services is seeking IT Interns for Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The internship runs full-time in summer 2027 with possible part-time hours during the academic year, and offers a hybrid remote/on-site arrangement.

Starting pay is $23.10 per hour with company holidays paid. Interns join one of three divisions—Operations Applications, Infrastructure Operations, or Enterprise Security and Compliance—and will engage in project and support work, developing and testing software,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related degree with graduation after June 2027.
• Available to work full-time during summer 2027; may offer part-time during the school year.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.

Responsibilities

• Work within one IT division (Operations Applications, Infrastructure Operations, or Enterprise Security and Compliance) on project and support tasks.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support software; assist with integrations across systems.
