The role provides advanced technical support across the organization’s infrastructure, serving as an escalation point and ensuring day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvements across servers, endpoints, identity, and cloud services. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft technologies and can independently troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong Windows Server and Windows desktop knowledge.
• Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Experience with PowerShell or scripting for automation.
• Understanding of enterprise security, vulnerability remediation, and privileged access.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 / advanced infrastructure support for incidents and problems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving Windows servers, endpoints, networking, authentication, and Microsoft cloud services.
• Administer Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Support Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and related tech.
• Assist with patching, vulnerability remediation, and security initiatives.
• Support server and endpoint infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
• Use PowerShell and automation to improve administrative processes.
• Participate in monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, and problem management.
• Maintain technical documentation and system configuration information.
• Work with vendors and IT teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Participate in On-Call rotation and mentor team members.
