Job summary

Arise Financial is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to join the Helpdesk in Canton, MA. You will deliver first-level support for desktop hardware, software, and Microsoft 365, helping employees maximize productivity in a hybrid work environment.

Reporting to IT management, you will troubleshoot issues, document incidents, and participate in deployments and on-call rotation to ensure smooth technology operations for the Credit Union’s staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training in Information Technology preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical/Help Desk support is preferred.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, printers, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity.
• Respond to employee questions via in-person, remote, phone, and Help Desk channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware/software issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
