Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Development Manager in San Diego, CA to lead a software development team responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting critical business applications in an Agile, SDLC-driven environment.

You will supervise developers, establish coding standards, manage project delivery, and partner with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of software development experience, preferably in financial services.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical teams.
• 5 years of experience developing within the Symitar platform.
• Strong experience programming in PowerOn.
• Experience leading code reviews, testing, and development best practices.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
