Job summary

Republic Business Credit, a subsidiary of Renasant Bank, is seeking an IT & Data Operations Specialist to provide frontline IT support and help advance data analytics and AI initiatives. The role combines hardware/software support with data governance and Snowflake implementation, and works under the SVP IT & Project Manager, in a hybrid environment.

You will manage day-to-day IT requests, assist in configuring data platforms, APIs, and AI tools, and help ensure secure, productive systems for

Qualifications

• 3-5 years IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SQL - write intermediate queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, aggregations, subqueries).
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to learn API integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Genuine curiosity about data, analytics, and AI; eager to learn.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi).

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for hardware, software, and applications, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Set up and maintain employee workstations and IT equipment; manage access provisioning.
• Monitor systems and triage security incidents; maintain IT documentation.
• Assist with Snowflake implementation and data processes; ensure data quality and governance.
• Collaborate on API connections and integration across systems.
