Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. is seeking a Financial Compliance IT Sr Manager to lead the technology compliance and controls program across the regional unit. You will coordinate IT MAR testing, governance, and remediation efforts to support financial reporting integrity.

The role requires strong audit knowledge, risk management, and collaboration with Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and external auditors. Hybrid work in Princeton, NJ is available with a base salary and company bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of audit and internal control concepts.
• Ability to assess complex, interrelated situations and recommend value-added solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate and drive remediation in IT controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT MAR control testing within the regional Financial Compliance framework.
• Plan resources and workload for IT compliance testing and remediation.
• Develop team and testing approach; establish test plans and review results with leadership.
• Maintain testing quality and alignment with standards and evidence.
• Partner with IT management to understand internal controls and monitor changes.
• Communicate findings and support remediation with stakeholders.
• Track program activity and coordinate remediation across stakeholders.
