Job summary

FNF, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to join the IT Compliance team in a hybrid role. You will help develop, evaluate, and monitor IT control environments and participate in audit activities that span operational, financial, and technological objectives.

The role requires experience with IT risk concepts, control frameworks, and collaboration with IT leadership. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS or related field.
• 2–4 years in IT Compliance, IT Audit, or IT Risk roles.
• Understanding of IT policies, risks, processes, and controls.
• Experience with security design workshops with IT stakeholders.
• Familiar with SOX, SOC2 or Trust Services Principles.
• Experience with cloud ecosystems (applications, infrastructure, cloud).

Responsibilities

• Support IT compliance responsibilities across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Document IT processes and design of controls.
• Develop testing to evaluate control effectiveness and monitor compliance.
