Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Cybersecurity & Digital Trust team within Risk Advisory in New Jersey. The role focuses on IT audits, IT risk management, and cybersecurity assessments for diverse clients, with a blend of in-office and remote work arranged by the team.

The successful candidate will work independently on areas of IT audit, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with managers and partners to deliver practical, high-quality solutions. Travel up to 50% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- level degree in information systems, CS, accounting or cybersecurity.
• 4+ years in IT audit, IT risk, cybersecurity or tech advisory roles.
• Experience with ITGCs, risk assessments and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support risk-based IT audits and IT risk assessments.
• Perform cybersecurity assessments and readiness reviews against recognized frameworks.
• Serve as day-to-day engagement team member on multiple client engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal methodologies and client deliverables.
• Interact with clients across industries and communicate complex concepts clearly.
