Job summary

Ball Corporation in Colorado is seeking an experienced IT Audit professional to manage and complete all phases of IT audits, including SOX 404, in line with department and professional standards.

You will collaborate with IT Audit teams across locations and support the external audit process while driving risk-based auditing and continuous improvement using data analytics and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college or graduate degree level education or work-related experience
• 8+ years of relevant job experience in IT auditing or similar
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CIA or equivalent
• Experience with computer-assisted audit tools and data analytics
• Familiarity with IA controls in ERP environments and SOX IT testing

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate audit risk areas and contribute to risk-based audit planning
• Review policies, procedures, and system controls for compliance
• Assess information technology risk management and control effectiveness
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams
• Design and execute audit programs covering IT processes and SOX requirements
• Communicate findings and management action plans clearly
• Work with Data Analytics to implement AI-driven audit techniques
