Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established investment management firm in Bethesda to hire an Operations & RFI Associate. You will support the Client Services team by coordinating investor information requests, preparing DDQs, maintaining client records, and generating reports.

This role favors detail-oriented professionals with a financial services background, who enjoy research-driven work.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in client services or financial services operations.
Experience in wealth management, banking, real estate investment, or related field preferred.
Hands-on use of Salesforce or similar CRM; ability to generate reports and maintain records.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate RFIs, RFPs, and DDQs with accurate, timely responses.
Maintain and update standardized response materials and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance to gather and verify information.
Manage client and investor records in Salesforce with high data accuracy.
Create reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets using Salesforce and Excel.
Track client accounts, capital activity, and investor documentation.
Monitor client communications; ensure requests are documented and addressed.
