Job summary

You will own requirements, design strategic solutions, and coordinate testing while engaging with senior partners and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment management
• Strong communication skills for senior partners and tech teammates
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the SDLC and agile methodologies
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams (offshore) and tooling knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical business analysis through all project phases, documenting requirements for system, process, and data enhancements
• Design and document strategic solutions for business problems
• Coordinate user testing and ensure issues are resolved for business sign-off
• Understand end-to-end workflows and advocate for business timelines in tech projects
• Collaborate with project teams, report progress, escalate risks to project management
• Provide timely technical support for critical production processes and facilitate resolution with other teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities where technology can boost productivity
