Job summary

Lincoln Financial's Investment Data & Analytics team is seeking an Investment Data & Analytics Analyst to support Commercial Mortgage Loans (CML) and broader investment data functions. You will help ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and governance across source systems while partnering with portfolio managers and auditors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data analytics and data operations concepts: relational data, SQL, and data integration and reconciliation across systems.
• Working proficiency in Python and SQL; ability to build and maintain data preparation flows and reporting.
• Experience with a centralized data platform or comparable data-science/ETL tooling. Ability to build dashboards or reporting, preferred.
• Strong attention to data integrity, controls, and reconciliation, with the ability to trace and explain data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day data and operations point of contact for the CML production, closing/servicing, and accounting teams, translating their needs for the development team.
• Support reconciliation across CML data sources and accounting views, investigating and resolving breaks with auditable data controls.
• Support the CML data lifecycle end to end — from origination through closing, servicing, and accounting — ensuring data flows cleanly between systems.
• Act as a liaison to internal and external auditors, assembling evidence, explaining data lineage, and supporting the integrity of reported figures.
