Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated interest in endowment investing and financial markets.
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data management and reporting for investment operations.
• Prepare Investment Committee and Board exhibits including summaries of portfolio activity and performance.
• Assist with ad-hoc portfolio analyses, cash flows, and valuations.
• Monitor capital calls and coordinate with managers for execution.
• Enter existing managers’ capital account statements and performance data into portfolio tracking spreadsheets.
• Assist Investment Office colleagues in assembling and submitting investment subscription and redemption documents.
• Receive and respond to managers’ requests for regulatory confirmations and contact lists.
• Attend external manager meetings, take notes, and participate in pipeline meetings.
• Support the institution’s annual financial audit by collecting investment funds’ statements and tax documents.
