Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is seeking an Inventory Analyst to drive operational excellence across inventory management, replenishment, and category execution.

You will help ensure the right amount of product is available at the right club to deliver an exceptional Member experience. You will monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Planners, Merchants, and CSC2 to optimize inventory allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs including in‑stock performance and inventory levels.
• Conduct root cause analysis for at‑risk metrics and develop action plans with leadership.
• Review Club inventory levels and sales forecasts to ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Planners, Merchants, and CSC2 to optimize allocation.
• Monitor and manage vendor replenishment and purchase orders (POs).
• Lead holiday inventory and vendor alignment strategies as needed.
