Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using KPIs to identify operational improvements.
• Experience making recommendations to improve processes.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and performance metrics across locations; report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve inventory issues.
• Support implementation of new processes, technologies, and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy across ERP, WMS, and inventory systems.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and root-cause analyses.
• Participate in projects focused on inventory optimization and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and transaction standards.
