CHS Inc. seeks an Inventory Analyst to manage inventory knowledge, assess risks, and lead best-practice solutions with management and staff.

This hybrid role is based in Inver Grove Heights, MN, with 3 days on-site weekly and 50%–75% travel, offering potential for long-term growth within the largest cooperative in the US. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory, cost assessment and product knowledge across grain, propane, chemicals and feed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Inventory Analysis.
• Travel 50%-75% is required.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including working database knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Pre-employment screening may be required for the position.

Responsabilités

• Utilize standard processes to ensure timely elimination of non-productive inventory and optimize capacity utilization.
• Verify various bulk and non-bulk inventories.
• Estimate quantities on-hand, assess average cost and quality, verify physical vs book quantities.
• Achieve high accuracy in physical measurement and estimation of products.
• Assist in inventory event planning, analytics, fieldwork and documentation.
• Follow safety policies and assist in identifying and correcting hazards.
