Qualifications

• Interest in software analysis and business systems.
• Familiarity with SDLC concepts and methodologies.
• Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Augment, Jetbrains Junie, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI Codex).

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching, analyzing, and documenting software functionality and business requirements.
• Support analysts and development teams in evaluating enhancements and change requests.
• Create and maintain functional/workflow diagrams and related documentation.
• Collaborate to understand software design specifications, interfaces, and database structures.
• Participate in design reviews and development lifecycle discussions.
• Assist with QA testing including unit and integration testing.
• Help analyze business processes to support improvements.
• Document and maintain information in Confluence/iVUE Support tool.
• Research and resolve software-related issues with internal teams.
