The role partners with stakeholders to assess controls and deliver actionable insights that improve risk management and performance. The position emphasizes strong leadership, executive communication, and mentoring of audit staff, with exposure to enterprise risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years in internal audit or risk in a large, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based audits across financial, operational, and technology domains.
• Oversee all phases of the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting.
• Evaluate design and effectiveness of internal controls, including SOX/ITGC.
• Identify control gaps, business risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver concise audit reports to management and leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders in audit execution, remediation, and follow-up.
• Support data-driven and AI-enabled audit techniques for coverage and efficiency.
• Mentor auditors and develop team members, supporting continuous improvement.
• Contribute to evolving audit capabilities and methodologies.
