Job summary

Hord Coplan Macht, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with a successful track record overseeing interior architectural projects from inception through completion, with client interaction and cross-discipline coordination.

The role focuses on branded, interior, amenity spaces for housing developers nationwide. The candidate should be a self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience leading interior architectural projects including multifamily and hospitality.
• Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams.
• Experience interfacing with clients and collaborating with Architecture & Consultant teams.
• Experience negotiating project scope, fees and budgets, both internal and external.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the project team from concept through contract documents and administration.
• Staffing assignments to meet project milestones.
• Development, reviews and technical aspects of design execution.
• Project scheduling and financial performance of projects.
• Construction budget reviews and value engineering across the project life cycle.
• Participation in proposal writing and possible interviews.
