You will lead design efforts, participate in programming and space planning, and develop technical layouts. Strong software proficiency and client interaction are essential for project success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Technology or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior design or architectural projects; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Assist and lead design efforts for interior and architectural projects.
• Participate in programming, space planning, and design activities across project phases.
• Develop reflected ceiling and lighting layouts with technical requirements.
• Prepare design documentation and conduct client presentations.
• Research finishes, fixtures, and product applications.
• Verify and evaluate existing spaces prior to development.
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to integrate systems.
• Control project costs by designing within budget parameters.
• Support construction administration tasks to ensure project success.
