Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Intake Specialist (US) to handle incoming G&A submissions, verify information, and route to appropriate teams. The role is based in Lake Mary, FL with a hybrid schedule requiring 1–2 days in the office per week, plus occasional alternate locations within commuting distance.

Requires strong data entry skills and basic office equipment experience. As part of CLM > Claims Support, you will work to ensure timely, accurate intake processing and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years related work experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Receiving member or provider requests by mail or fax
• Reviewing and verifying content for accuracy
• Entering key information or missing data into system
• Routing file/submission to appropriate party within designated turnaround times
• Data Entry experience along with experience in operating basic office equipment, fax machine, copier, PC and basic software applications
