Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility using designated software and enter data into billing system
• Obtain initial authorization/approval information from insurers and document in system
• Provide customer service to patients, addressing needs with care and professionalism
• Participate in quality improvement activities and data collection related to programs
• Support admissions/discharge processes and disaster plan readiness as needed
