Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners in Valencia, CA, is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to join the LBW team in a hybrid role. This position offers diverse earning potential, referral bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will prospect across Southern California, assess client risk, tailor insurance solutions, present proposals, manage the full sales cycle, and travel to meetings. Licensing (P&C or Life & Health) and a valid CA driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• CA P&C or Life & Health license required.
• Ability to travel throughout Southern California.
• Proven success in insurance sales with strong prospecting and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business within the California market.
• Identify client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
• Prepare and present proposals, explaining coverages and premiums.
• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to onboarding.
• Maintain relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth policy implementation and service.
