Brazos Capital Insurance Agency in Granbury, Texas is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to expand our client base and drive growth across commercial, personal, and life lines.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with office, field, and remote options, and compensates on a commission-only basis with uncapped earnings and renewal income potential, plus performance bonuses based on production goals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain before conducting insurance sales.
• Life & Health license a plus.
• Insurance sales experience preferred; candidates with demonstrated success in other sales roles will be considered.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate business independently and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Commitment to client service and responsible coverage recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and professional relationships.
• Consult with prospective clients to evaluate exposures and identify coverage needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals, explain coverage options, and secure new business.
• Establish referral relationships with business owners and other professionals.
• Support client retention through regular communication and coverage reviews.
• Maintain accurate prospect and client records, documentation, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and carrier partners on placement opportunities.
• Meet agreed-upon production objectives and uphold professional and ethical standards.
