Jobot is seeking attorneys at multiple levels to join its Insurance Defense / General Liability practice in Texas. The firm offers a hybrid schedule with about three days in the office, a base salary of $110,000–$185,000, and a strong, performance-based bonus structure.

Bar admission in Texas is required, with bonuses typically ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 for strong performers. The successful candidates will handle a broad civil-defense docket, develop case strategy, and interact directly

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active and in‑good‑standing Texas Bar admission.
• Approximately 2–25 years of litigation experience.
• Strong written advocacy and legal research skills.
• Experience handling discovery and substantive motion practice.
• Strong client-management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and active matters.
• Deposition and hearing experience strongly preferred at the mid‑ and senior levels.
• Trial experience is highly valued for more senior candidates.
