Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of insurance defense litigation.
• Manage case files and litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate filings and service.
• Organize medical records and litigation materials.
• Provide trial preparation assistance as needed.
