Ascendion is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a well-established law firm with a strong insurance defense and litigation practice in a hybrid role. You will handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial and collaborate with an experienced team to provide strategic guidance to clients.

• Strong background in insurance defense and related litigation matters.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a diverse range of civil litigation, insurance defense, and related matters from inception through resolution or trial.
• Defend insurers, insureds, and other clients in complex litigation matters involving general liability and other insurance-related disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
