Job summary

Law Firms in Dallas seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney to manage civil defense matters from intake to resolution, including auto, premises, trucking, and professional liability claims. You will draft pleadings, take depositions, negotiate settlements, and try cases to verdict.

Requirements include a J.D. with an active Texas bar license and 2–5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense; strong discovery and motion practice; and the ability to coordinate with
