Qualifications

• Two years of civil litigation experience or more.
• Active California license to practice law.

Responsibilities

• Pleadings, written discovery and the summary judgment motion.
• Depositions of plaintiffs, treating doctors and the occasional accident reconstructionist.
• Mediations and settlement conferences, some in person and some on a screen.
• Trial prep alongside the senior attorneys.
• Calls with adjusters who want to know costs and timelines.
