Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, telemarketing) preferred.
• Texas Property and Casualty Licenses required.
• Must obtain Texas Life/Health License within 60 days.
• Able to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including insurance inquiries, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach.
• Promote business development through exemplary communication.
