Job summary

Leading international law firm in Miami seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice Group. The role handles high‑value coverage litigation and market conduct matters for insurers, including CGL, property, E&O, and D&O matters.

Requires JD from an ABA‑accredited school, Florida Bar in good standing, 2–5 years of substantive litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and ability to draft opinions; hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Law Review and/or Honors required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear coverage recommendations for clients.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Engage in direct communication with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives.
