Responsibilities

• Initial collection activities related to the insurance balance on hospital accounts.
• Ensure correct payment received based on expected reimbursement.
• Reviews and analyzes all required demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data to expedite payment.
• Performs pre-certification notification via telephone or electronic submission and gathers documentation for payer submission.
