Hawx Pest Control is seeking an Insulation Service Professional to join a hybrid role combining sales and service. The position focuses on installing insulation and delivering pest control services while leveraging marketing leads to close sales for various insulation and specialty services.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing energy audits, and maintaining high safety and customer-service standards. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Install insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) per blueprints/specifications.
• Apply vapor barriers and insulation to surfaces, ensuring safety and energy-efficiency standards.
• Remove and dispose of old insulation per guidelines.
• Perform pest control treatments using environmentally responsible products and follow label instructions.
• Conduct energy audits, recommend solutions, and support sales efforts.
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined areas; climb ladders safely.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, services performed, and customer communications.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
