Hawx Pest Control is hiring an Insulation Service Professional for a hybrid role blending sales and service. You’ll focus on specialty services (gutters? no) such as insulation and pest control while maintaining traditional offerings.

The role emphasizes closing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and following a structured daily schedule. Full-time position with a $20.00/hour base, opportunities to grow in a technology-forward, safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Must pass required background check and drug screening.
• 21 years or older with valid driver’s license.
• Comfort with physical outdoor work and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) from blueprints and fit around obstacles.
• Apply vapor barriers and insulation following safety and energy standards.
• Remove old insulation per environmental guidelines.
• Perform pest control treatments using eco-friendly products per label.
• Conduct energy audits and support sales with recommended solutions.
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops; climb ladders safely.
• Maintain records of materials, services, and communications.
• Care for tools, equipment, vehicle, and gas card.
• Follow up with customers post-service for satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Respond to leads, inspect, close sales, and use handheld devices/software.
